Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at SFA Societe Francaise des Asc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure safe working practices.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues that may impact equipment performance or safety.
  • Conduct first visits of new equipment and provide feedback to the Technical Helpdesk Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Technical Helpdesk Manager to identify technical competence gaps and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and coaching to Maintenance Technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of complex equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
