Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant specializing in Green IT transformation, you will be instrumental in guiding clients to incorporate sustainable digital practices into their strategic and operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic insights to clients on best practices in sustainable digital initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of environmental and societal risks associated with digital strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement responsible digital solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams on sustainable digital practices.
Candidate Profile: You hold a Bac+5 degree in computer science or engineering and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting, sustainable digital practices, or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). You have a strong understanding of carbon footprint assessment and eco-design principles for digital services, and you are proficient in English. Experience as a Digital Professional Fresco facilitator is an added advantage. Essential qualities include agility, strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, teamwork, analytical thinking, and the ability to synthesize information effectively.
Recruitment Process: Our hiring process consists of three stages, each providing constructive feedback: an initial interview with a member of the Recruitment team, a technical interview with a Manager, and a final interview with an Associate. A tailored onboarding and training program will be available upon commencement.
