Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Event Manager to lead our Audiovisual Service team in several hotels. As a key point of contact, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, managing client requests, and driving operational efficiency by increasing sales and controlling variable costs. You will be responsible for local sales and business development within your sites and provide support for the opening of new local hotels.


Key Responsibilities

As the primary point of contact, you will receive daily client requests and ensure that their needs and expectations are met.


  • You will participate in client meetings and on-site technical visits;
  • You will propose tailored and innovative solutions, using internal and/or external resources as needed;
  • You will create quotes in line with the company's commercial policy and ensure the profitability of your projects;
  • You will coordinate the overall delivery of the service (material, human, logistical resources...) in accordance with the company's processes;
  • You will report to Management on the profitability and quality of your operations;
  • You will provide impeccable customer service and maintain excellent relationships with clients and all stakeholders;
  • You will be responsible for a team of Technicians and an Assistant Manager, if applicable.

Required Profile


  • You hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree;
  • You have significant experience in project management in the entertainment or event industry, preferably in hospitality or the luxury sector;
  • You have in-depth knowledge of audiovisual technical equipment, which you have handled throughout your career (a background as an audiovisual technician or manager is a significant asset);
  • You have a proven track record as a team leader;
  • You possess a strong customer service mindset (reactivity, availability, flexibility, adaptability) and autonomy in your work; You have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • You have a good level of English proficiency;
  • Given the luxury industry, a polished presentation is essential.
