Job Summary
As a Field Service Engineer at Sidel, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and operation of our machines. Your mission will be to follow, manage, and carry out machine tests in our workshop, providing precise summaries to our design offices of any mechanical, electronic, or functional problems encountered.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough machine tests to identify and report any issues or defects
- Collaborate with design offices to develop and implement solutions to mechanical, electronic, or functional problems
- Ensure that all machines are properly maintained and operated to meet customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure machine quality and safety
Your Profile
- Background in Electrotechnics, Automation, Maintenance, or Robotics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
