MissionReporting directly to the Activity Manager, you play a crucial role within your agency. You interact with employees, clients, and management, making your contributions essential to achieving agency objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing production processes to ensure team performance.
- Effectively planning employee schedules while adhering to work organization guidelines.
- Enhancing the 'client experience' and the 'producer experience' to foster strong relationships and provide exceptional local service to clients.
Your key duties encompass:
- Ensuring optimal schedule occupancy rates that accurately reflect employee activity levels.
- Planning missions meticulously by identifying diverse employee workloads (production time/report time), maximizing billable workload, and minimizing non-production time.
- Organizing intervention schedules to optimize productivity, considering geographic areas and employee skills, in collaboration with your supervisor.
- Monitoring daily report submissions diligently.
- Ensuring accurate invoicing execution.
- Performing administrative, commercial, and related economic management tasks as required.
We seek a highly motivated individual with:
- A degree in Assistance.
- Significant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
