We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a complex project in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and the ability to establish strong professional relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements within the telecommunications sector, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Organize and run workshops with the client to lead the Discovery & Design Phases, understand client operations, processes, and systems.
- Articulate the right questions to extract business as well as technical requirements to gather, understand, structure, and analyze business needs.
- Determine the potential solutions for both technical and business compatibility.
- Write detailed functional specifications (FSDs) / use cases / user stories, including designs, diagrams, to transform business needs into requirements that development team can build and deliver successfully.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and customers to design and deploy robust ecommerce solutions across omni-channel.
- Validate implementation versus requirements to make sure that customers' needs match the solution.
- Maintain continuous updates to the FSDs to document changes in scope.
- Contribute to on-going process and methodology improvements.
- Utilize Salesforce Commerce Cloud to optimize business processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the e-commerce and telecommunications industries.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple aspects of complex projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in business analysis software and tools.
- Fluent in French and English.
