Your Mission- Lead the success of software implementation phases by guiding project teams. As part of our Professional Services team, you'll be responsible for delivering our solutions to clients, serving as the primary point of contact and managing relationships with external stakeholders.
- Orchestrate projects under your responsibility: define and manage plans (including resource allocation), oversee financial management, monitor KPIs and risks, address problems, track project team activities, and follow up on product incidents with R&D.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams – consultants, finance, legal, and others – to ensure smooth project execution and coordinate all involved parties.
- You possess an engineering background or equivalent, ideally with proven experience in project management within the PLM or software domain, preferably in an industrial context.
- Demonstrate a track record of managing complex projects lasting at least 18 months, involving numerous stakeholders (minimum 20 people) and generating revenue exceeding several million euros.
- Possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, ideally holding a PMP certification (PMI) or equivalent.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, enabling you to establish effective collaboration within the extended team in French and English. You'll also build trusting relationships with clients.
- Maintain accuracy and demonstrate a strong sense of organization.
