L'équipe Data de Qare est composée de 7 personnes, avec un pôle d'analyse de 4 analystes et un pôle d'ingénierie de 3 personnes. Notre mission est d'agir du début à la fin de la chaîne de traitement des données pour rendre la donnée actionnable et utile à la prise de décision stratégique.
Missions Principales- Comprendre les besoins stratégiques de l'entreprise pour aligner les actions sur les objectifs à court et long terme.
- Faciliter l'intégration des données dans les processus métiers, avec une attention particulière sur les aspects commerciaux critiques comme le cashflow.
- Construire et suivre des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) pertinents, et mettre en place des tableaux de bord pour permettre un suivi régulier et efficace.
- Étudier et analyser l'équilibre offre et demande, pour optimiser la conversion des demandes en réservations et ajuster l'offre en conséquence.
- Prédire les tendances de l'offre et de la demande, en proposant des ajustements stratégiques et opérationnels en fonction des prévisions.
- Collaborer avec les équipes finance, opérations, marketing et le comité de direction, pour garantir une compréhension commune des priorités et assurer un suivi cohérent des objectifs.
- Présenter les analyses de manière claire et percutante, en adaptant le discours à l'audience (du comité de direction aux équipes opérationnelles).
- Développer et améliorer des outils data-driven, permettant aux équipes commerciales de mieux piloter leurs activités et de prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Formation Bac +5 en ingénierie, commerce ou équivalent, avec au moins 4 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Maitrise de SQL et idéalement Python, ainsi qu'un outil de Business Intelligence (BI) (préférence pour Tableau).
- Expertise en mathématiques et statistiques, et capacité à utiliser ces compétences pour générer des insights commerciaux pertinents.
- Excellent(e) communicant(e), capable de vulgariser des concepts complexes et de convaincre des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux.
- Capacité à combiner une approche stratégique avec une capacité à plonger dans les détails techniques quand nécessaire.
- Proactivité, autonomie, et capacité à travailler en équipe dans des environnements collaboratifs.
- Actions mises en place pour préserver la santé mentale et physique des collaborateurs.
- Équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée.
- Mode de travail hybride : possibilité de télétravailler jusqu'à trois jours par semaine de manière flexible avec une présence aux bureaux deux jours minimum par semaine.
