The Educator for Young Children will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children with developmental disorders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for children with developmental disorders
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in child development and education
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with developmental disorders
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, strong organizational and time management skills
