Job Title: Regulatory Reporting & Data Steward

Ayvens is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting & Data Steward to join our Finance team in Paris, Rueil Malmaison. As a key member of our Data Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial data for regulatory reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business requirements for data needed for various monthly and quarterly regulatory reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement IT, process, and reporting changes in response to changing regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain functional and technical regulatory reporting data flows and processes.
  • Analyze data sets and propose remedial actions to improve data quality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a reporting, data analyst, or controlling role within an international financial services company or big-4 firm.
  • Proven experience with requirements setting, large data sets, and reporting thereof.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, including SQL and PowerBi.
  • Excellent business analysis skills and functional finance skills.
  • Demonstrated management skills, including team leadership and project coordination.
