Radioprotection Specialist

Groupe ADF is seeking a highly skilled Radioprotection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HSEQ department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in our operations.
Main Responsibilities- Accompany managers in matters of safety and animate the quality approach of the agency
- Deploy and animate the Group's policy
- Verify the qualifications of employees in conjunction with the training service
- Create and verify quality assurance documents
- Prepare 1/4 hour safety sessions led by managers
- Analyze events (accidents, near-misses) and ensure the follow-up of associated action plans
- Analyze potential non-conformities and animate corrective action plans
- Follow up on indicators, prepare management reviews, participate in the COPIL
- Be the local contact for external partners (CARSAT...)
- Build responses to client FEPs
- Participate in the upskilling of teams through the animation of sensitization and field actions dedicated to quality
- Participate in the implementation and follow-up of MASE/CEFRI/ISO certifications
Regular travel to industrial sites across France is expected, with a frequency of 30-40% of working time.
A company vehicle and a professional phone will be provided.
Requirements- Technical or HSE training
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment, ideally in the nuclear sector
- CRP (Conseiller en Radioprotection) certification
- Recognized for your analytical skills, perseverance, and pedagogy, you demonstrate autonomy and proactivity in managing your missions
- CC Métallurgie, non-cadre status with a 1712h annual forfait
- Mutuelle coverage at 90% by the employer/Prevision
