Content Creators Operations Project Manager

Ubisoft is seeking a highly skilled Content Creators Operations Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Content Creators team, you will be responsible for optimizing team operations, including processes, workflows, and tooling systems, to support both central and local levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to track the success of new or updated processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify, deploy, and manage tools and technologies that support the team's workflow and campaign execution.
- Facilitate and promote collaboration between different teams, ensuring seamless integration of efforts and sharing of best practices.
- Ensure key documentations/materials are always up to date and promote internal knowledge-sharing through dedicated events.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events, and track and analyze event performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and operational decisions.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the marketing or content creation industry.
- Knowledge in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
