Job Overview

As a Windsurfing Coach, you will be:

• Pedagogical: Demonstrating exceptional teaching abilities while imparting technical and safety guidelines to both novice and seasoned participants.
• Responsible: Overseeing the seamless operation of all water sports activities.
• Passionate: Assisting guests in discovering, developing, and pushing their limits.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting lessons for groups or individuals, catering to all skill levels from beginner to advanced.
• Organizing and engaging in the resort's aquatic events.
• Ensuring the safety of all participants during activities.
• Supervising personalized services and private lessons.
• Enhancing customer relations by embodying the Club Med ethos and spirit.
• Promoting your activities within the resort.
• Safeguarding the resort's equipment, materials, and facilities.
