Rothschild & Co is a leading global advisory firm, providing expert guidance to clients across various industries. Our Paris office is currently seeking talented graduates to join our team as Analysts.

About the Role:

As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of our execution teams, working closely with senior bankers to deliver strategic and financing advisory services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models under the guidance of senior bankers
  • Performing valuation exercises to support client advice, including discounted cash flows, trading comps analysis, and other valuation approaches
  • Analyzing market data to monitor equity, debt, and macro trends
  • Supporting the team in coordinating transaction processes and liaising with clients, counterparties, and other advisers
  • Researching and monitoring industries in which our clients operate
  • Developing your relationship skills through client contact and exposure to senior bankers

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background from a top-tier business or engineering school
  • Experience in corporate finance, preferably in M&A, ECM, or DCM teams
  • Proficiency in both English and French
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Diligent and committed to excellence
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ambitious, driven, and capable of delivering results under tight deadlines
