Nemera France SAS is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst F/M/X to join our Sales team in Lyon, France. As a Pricing Analyst F/M/X, you will play a key role in defining and implementing pricing strategies across our business, ensuring optimal profitability and competitiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, controlling, or a related field, with solid experience in a similar position and deep knowledge of pricing strategies in complex B2B environments. Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve pricing tools dedicated to sales teams and deliver related training.
- Work to standardize these tools and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Update pricing according to contracts with complex price revision mechanisms.
- Centralize and maintain pricing to automate cost inputs and output data.
- Work closely with sales teams in building and updating pricing calculation files for both incumbents and new customers.
- Support the quotation processes for sales with price-sensitive analysis and scenario planning.
- Set up and measure pricing performance KPIs.
- Monitor state-of-the-art pricing techniques and associated tools.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, controlling, or a related field.
- Solid experience in a similar position and deep knowledge of pricing strategies in complex B2B environments.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
