Regulatory Compliance Manager

Woorton, a leading European market maker, is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join its B2C2 Compliance Team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Woorton's top management and the B2C2 Group to ensure the company's compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with French regulators and authorities to ensure Woorton's compliance with VASP regulations
  • Developing and implementing compliance policies, including ongoing assessments and control policies
  • Ensuring overall compliance with AMF and ACPR regulations, including anti-money laundering and terrorism financing regulations
  • Providing functional guidance to the team on internal control and compliance issues

We are looking for a candidate with a successful experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a compliance department, preferably in an asset management company approved by the AMF or in an RCCI consulting firm. You should have good knowledge and interest in digital investment solutions and cryptocurrencies, as well as fluency in French and English.

This position is based in the Paris office and offers a competitive salary depending on profiles.
