Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive digital innovation and customer experience transformation.
- Work closely with our Solutions Consulting group to advise on strategies and technology solutions that support customer-experience transformation and digital innovation.
- Develop high-level architecture assessments, thought leadership around reference architecture, and create solution vision and solution design to deliver high-impact recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to drive business value through Adobe's solutions and services, and develop strategic plans to achieve these goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Deep experience with experience cloud solutions and a strong understanding of modern architecture patterns and solutions.
- Excellent customer-facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior leaders.
- Balance of business and technical acumen, including ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and tie solutions to program success criteria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to visualize and manipulate data-driven insights from PowerBI and internal solutions.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in a multi-functional team environment with people at all levels in an organization.
