Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic Technician to join our team at Renault Retail Group. As a key member of our after-sales service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnostic and Repair: Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues and perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with Renault's quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the work performed and that their vehicles are returned in excellent condition.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of parts and supplies, ensuring that the necessary materials are available to complete repairs and maintenance work.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all work meets Renault's quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental and company goals.

Requirements

  • Education: BEP or Bac Pro in Mechanics or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
