Team Leader for Asphalt Construction Projects

Ville de Laval is a leader in recruitment and temporary employment, with a strong presence in France and beyond. We specialize in engineering, management of road construction, and premium tertiary services. Our goal is to deliver excellence and efficiency through meticulous recruitment processes that align with market needs. As we enhance our road construction management division, we are looking for a team leader with a focus on asphalt. In this position, you will oversee one or multiple construction sites.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure site safety, proper signage, and procurement of equipment and materials
  • Lead and supervise team members on-site
  • Prepare construction sites, remove existing asphalt, and apply and finish new asphalt
  • Calculate required materials and perform essential tasks such as joint sealing
  • Conduct site and equipment cleanup after project completion

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a team leader in road construction, with a focus on asphalt, excavation, and related activities
  • Previous experience in similar roles and demonstrated skills are beneficial
  • Necessary certifications: Driver's License, AIPR, HoBo
