Job Title: Aide-soignant / Aide-soignante (H/F)

• Deliver essential hygiene and comfort services alongside preventive care measures.
• Assess individual needs, track their development, and communicate with the care services coordinator.
• Play a role in preventing dependency and encouraging individual engagement.
• Ensure the living environment is well-maintained, including bed-making and the upkeep of medical apparatus.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, sharing observations to guarantee seamless care.
• Provide information and support to individuals under care.

• Possession of the State Diploma of Nursing Assistant (DEAS) or a comparable qualification.
• Prior experience is advantageous, but newcomers are encouraged to apply.
• Exhibit autonomy, attention to detail, organizational capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, discretion, adaptability, observational skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

• Full-time fixed-term contract.
• Compensation aligned with the collective agreement for home care services.
• Employment Category: Employee.
• Contract options available for full-time or 80% part-time during peak periods.
