Senior Data Scientist Optimization Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Global AI Hub team. As a key member of our Strategy and Innovation team, you will work closely with experts in AI and Operations Research to explore hybrid techniques and innovative use cases at the intersection of Data Science, Optimization, and Simulation.
Key Responsibilities- Specify optimization problems to be addressed
- Design, develop, test, and validate potential solutions
- Produce internal reports and publications
- Share knowledge, teach, and coach within the AI Hub and beyond
- Contribute to intellectual property protection, knowledge capitalization, and internal and external communication
- Master's or PhD degree in Data Science, Optimization, or Simulation
- Several years of software development experience on practical applications
- Knowledge of Python, version control, and advanced software engineering
- High motivation towards solving problems, achieving results, and exploring new domains
- Effective communication skills, including data-driven storytelling
- Capacity to mentor Master students and beginners
- Autonomy and capacity to cooperate
- Openness of mind and scientific rigor
- Fluent English
