The Infrastructure, Energy & Materials (IE&M) Industry team at Dassault Systèmes is responsible for defining, building, and promoting innovative solutions and virtual experiences to support customers in their digital transformation and achieve performance and sustainability objectives.
Your Missions
Understand the landscape, utilize market data, and combine customer experiences to ensure the best targeting possible and the best portfolio of industry solution experiences to enable the highest transformation rate for customer engagement.
Engage on value, deliver on value. Position the Platform as the channel to engage, deliver solutions, create value networks, and interact with them. Capitalize on this development in the portfolio.
Support clients' projects/initiatives and capitalize on business processes.
Define, own, and manage Industry Solution Experiences and associated industry processes with R&D BRAND Portfolio, based on industry trends and capitalized knowledge from customer cases.
Identify and justify solution success factors, aligned with the industry strategy, to trigger Make/Buy/Partner decisions.
Work closely with consultants, providing technical expertise, and collaborate with R&D, sales, pre-sales, and deployment teams.
Deliver sales kits and certification programs for sales channel enablement.
Engage with customers and support GEO teams for MUST accounts primarily.
Reveal the 3DEXPERIENCE and 3DS solutions value during the 'VALUE ASSESSMENT' phase by identifying Business Drivers, Objectives, and expected Benefits, and their value indicators (Key Value Indicators).
Articulate the value during the 'VALUE DEFINITION' phase by defining customer Business Changes, and identifying impacted processes to achieve Objectives. Define performance indicators (KPIs) and their targets for these processes. Build a business case for proposed initiatives.
Contribute to industry business consultant communities.
Your qualifications
You are an engineer (or university diploma) with experience (minimum 8 years) that has allowed you to acquire knowledge in the infrastructure, energy, and process industries, and its needs for digital transformation.
Experience in business consulting and consultative selling with a focus on business transformation and change management, linking operating models, business models, and digital solutions.
Good knowledge of the 3DS portfolio and offer, and more specifically of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Experience with DELMIA, ENOVIA, and NETVIBES solutions.
Monitor developments in your area of expertise: search for improvements and present innovative solutions, creativity, and alternative thinking to develop new technologies, methods, or ideas for and answers to work-related problems.
Fluent French and English (spoken and written) are imperative.
