At Wolters Kluwer N.V., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Digital Head to join our team. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and programs that drive pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and track ROI of marketing campaigns and programs, and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign execution.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights-driven decision making.
