About the Role
Groupe SII is seeking a Software Project Manager (F/M) to lead initiatives within an industrial setting, particularly in an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to completion and evaluation,
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies within the team,
- Organize, plan, and supervise the activities of your team,
- Establish and analyze the agile performance dashboard,
- Monitor project milestones and budgetary constraints,
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and collaborate with the quality assurance team,
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies,
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and internal teams,
- Prepare for and engage in project governance meetings,
- Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will possess a Bac+5 degree (University or Engineering School), preferably in industrial computing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing outcome-driven projects (fixed-price or Service Centers) in regulated sectors such as aeronautics (DO178/330) or space (ECSS).
Strong expertise in software development, familiarity with DevOps practices, and knowledge of testing methodologies are essential. Experience in implementing Agile frameworks such as SCRUM or Kanban is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to listen and synthesize information, are crucial. You should be adept at leading meetings, inspiring your team, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Being detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and possessing outstanding interpersonal skills are key attributes. A focus on client satisfaction and the ability to leverage your personal qualities will set you apart.
