Procurement Quality Specialist

As a key member of our team at Safran Electrical & Power, you will be responsible for evaluating suppliers during the selection process. This includes assessing supplier risk, defining and deploying monitoring plans to support ramp-up/down phases and new product/dual-source implementation.
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive and improve logistics and quality performance of suppliers. Your responsibilities will include supporting purchasing in cost recovery processes, quantifying quality (non-quality compensation) and logistics (liquidated damages) compensation based on measurements carried out by the supplier and SQA (Supplier Quality Analyst).
You will lead the escalation process in quality and logistics, deploy and monitor quality agreements, manage supplier approvals, and ensure that quality requirements are taken into account by suppliers. Additionally, you will lead supplier maturity upgrading plans, promote best practices, and support suppliers in implementing progress plans in line with objectives and customer requirements.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in quality principles and tools, including audits. You should have experience in lean manufacturing, problem-solving, process audit, and lean manufacturing workshops. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft suite and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your expertise should include cross-functional project management, multidisciplinary teamwork, negotiation, and contracts. You should also have a good level of written and oral English, as well as master intercultural relationship skills. Furthermore, you should possess the ability to communicate and represent the company externally, be innovative, and solution-oriented.
