ASSOCIATION QANOPÉE is dedicated to pioneering a novel approach to vine plant pre-multiplication within secure greenhouse environments, collaborating with three prestigious wine-producing regions: Beaujolais, Burgundy, and Champagne.
The primary aim is to safeguard the future of vineyards across the Beaujolais, Burgundy, Champagne, and Jura regions by preserving and distributing certified vine plant materials.
We seek a motivated individual to manage vine cultivation within the greenhouse, enhancing growth conditions, overseeing operational protocols, gathering and interpreting data for comprehensive reporting, and ensuring the effective operation and upkeep of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance vine cultivation conditions within the greenhouse;
- Ensure the functionality of tools and perform necessary maintenance;
- Design, validate, and refine operational protocols, including experimental procedures;
- Gather and interpret data for detailed reporting;
- Organize staff schedules and ensure compliance with established guidelines;
- Establish quality assurance and traceability systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Horticulture or a related discipline, along with experience in team leadership.
Essential skills include strong observational capabilities, knowledge of greenhouse production, particularly in vine cultivation, and proficiency in computer applications and statistical analysis.
We are looking for a proactive and self-sufficient individual with excellent problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities to contribute to our ambitious initiative.
