Transformative Cybersecurity Role
Nexans Industrial Solutions & Projects is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead our cybersecurity efforts and protect our industrial environment against cyber threats. As a key member of our IS department, you will play a central role in creating policies and action plans to maintain and improve the protection level of our Information System.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise awareness and provide training on security issues to operational and business unit management
- Manage SOC services, including threat intelligence, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and crisis support
- Develop strategy for SOC services and manage outsourced and in-house SOC services
- Define SOC evolution phases and integrate new sources and detection rules
- Validate incident response process and manage security operation activities
- Lead SOC run operations and liaise with IT & business teams
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Proficient in incident management and response
- In-depth knowledge of security concepts, including cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, and risk management
- Certifications related to cybersecurity or information security (ISO 27001/27032, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of network design, SOC organization, and ITIL disciplines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and French
