Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate the needs of engineering teams to optimize their performance and achieve project milestones.
• Collaborate with product management to align expectations, address technical challenges, and draft comprehensive functional specifications.
• Participate in the recruitment process to attract top engineering talent.
• Enhance our infrastructure, tools, and processes in your capacity as a DevOps engineer.
• Design and implement a scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS utilizing Terraform, while managing operational costs effectively.
• Support the technical team in areas such as monitoring, observability, and platform resilience.
• Assist in the adoption of continuous integration and deployment practices, including feature flags and blue-green deployments.
• Engage in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Lead security initiatives, including penetration testing, bug bounty programs, and dependency management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Proficient in AWS or a comparable cloud service provider.
• Experience with a backend programming language and Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform.
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL or NoSQL).
• Solid understanding of code quality best practices, including testing and CI/CD.
• A strong interest in security practices.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and skill enhancement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
