We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Harvest Specialist to join our team at UAPL|UNION AGRICOLE PAYS DE LOIRE. As a key member of our winemaking team, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality wines in our state-of-the-art facilities.

• Assist the cellar master in the production of wine, including grape reception, crushing, fermentation, and aging.
• Monitor and control the fermentation process, ensuring optimal conditions for wine production.
• Perform various winemaking tasks, such as pumping, racking, and blending.
• Record and maintain accurate records of wine production, including tracking and tracing.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the cellar.
• Collaborate with the cellar master to plan and organize work schedules.
• Pilot wine presses and manage seasonal staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Viticulture and Oenology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in winemaking or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of winemaking techniques and processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
