Maintenance Technician

GBH is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our production team in Martinique.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, encompassing various processes such as sugar cane crushing and wine distillation.

• Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for operating our production lines efficiently and effectively, collaborating closely with laboratory colleagues to monitor the process in real time.
• Preventive Maintenance Specialist: Your expertise will be crucial in performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks as outlined in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Reactive Problem Solver: You will demonstrate your technical prowess by swiftly responding to breakdowns and implementing efficient solutions to restore operations.
• Documentation & Analysis: Meticulous record-keeping is essential. You will document all interventions and enter them into the CMMS, while also analyzing past breakdowns to identify improvement opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement Champion: You will actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by implementing 5S principles to maintain order and cleanliness on our site.

Your Profile:

We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background, ideally holding a BTS in industrial maintenance. Proficiency in computer science is essential, along with a solid understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity. A collaborative spirit, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for technology are key attributes for success in this role.
