Your Role
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will:
- Deliver exceptional, patient-focused care in emergency and critical care environments, employing advanced clinical expertise to handle intricate medical scenarios.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and oversee patients' health status, promptly executing suitable interventions in partnership with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with accuracy and compliance to established guidelines, ensuring patient safety and achieving optimal health outcomes.
- Keep precise and comprehensive patient documentation, recording all care activities, evaluations, and treatment responses.
- Inform and educate patients and their families regarding health issues, treatment options, and post-discharge care, creating a supportive and knowledgeable atmosphere.
- Be prepared to work in the U.S. This role requires on-site presence in the U.S., with specific location details to be discussed during the interview process.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a hospital with at least 100 beds
- Preferred experience in Emergency and Medical Surgical settings
- Relevant areas of expertise include ICU, Medical Surgical, Emergency Room, Operating Room, and CCU
- Current Registered Nurse License
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Strong clinical acumen and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Must have passed or be in the process of completing the US NCLEX.
