We're seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join our dynamic team, working closely with senior leaders responsible for Product and Engineering, and providing essential support to managers across these departments.

This role is pivotal in aligning our people strategy with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.

About the Role
  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to develop and execute people strategies that support departmental goals and align with the overall business vision.
  • Leadership Development & Coaching: Support managers by providing coaching, tools, and resources to enhance leadership capabilities, improve team performance, and address talent gaps.
  • Organizational Development: Partner with department heads and Finance to design and implement initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, enhance productivity, and support growth within the Product and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a People Business Partner or HR Business Partner, with a strong background in partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced environments. Experience supporting Product or Engineering functions is highly desirable.
