Biscuits Bouvard is a leading manufacturer of biscuits, seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our team at our headquarters.

Your Role:

• Provide support with customer payments and penalty management.
• Manage invoicing between different entities within the company.
• Handle general accounting tasks and supplier interactions.
• Input orders and receipts into our SAP system.
• Contribute to budget monitoring processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Conduct periodic analyses to support management decision-making.

What We Look For:

• A minimum of a Bac+2 degree in accounting or finance.
• Relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
• Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, a curious mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
