Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the work area and equipment to ensure efficient production of parts and small series.
• Analyze technical constraints to identify the most effective grinding processes.
• Identify grinding phases to optimize production time and quality.
• Develop and implement grinding programs to meet production requirements.
• Adjust and modify cutting tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Select and set up grinding machines to meet production needs.
• Inspect and control the quality of ground parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Produce parts and small series in accordance with production plans.
