About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Restalliance in Houilles, France. As a Second de Cuisine, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our residents and patients in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including entrées, main courses, and desserts, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with the Chef Gérant to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and the delivery of exceptional food quality.
  • Assist with the management of food supplies, including receiving deliveries and conducting inventory checks.
  • Ensure the health and safety of our residents and patients by following medical and nutritional guidelines.
  • Contribute to the overall quality of our food service, including presentation and taste.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field, such as culinary arts or hospitality.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a traditional or collective restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety protocols.
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example.
