Job Title: Account Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at Elior Services. As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and Posting Customer Payments: You will be responsible for accurately tracking and posting customer payments, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • Reconciling Customer Accounts: You will reconcile customer accounts to ensure that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitoring Monthly Collection Goals: You will monitor our monthly collection goals to ensure that we are meeting our financial targets.
  • Handling Account Revisions and Analysis: You will analyze and revise accounts as needed to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience in accounting, proficiency in SAP, and a strong work ethic. You will also need to be highly organized and able to work well under pressure.
