As a key member of the Finance Delivery team, you will report directly to the Head of Finance Delivery within the Finance domain.
- **Global Finance Project Coordination:**
- Develop and document a comprehensive governance framework for global projects, ensuring effective coordination.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including methodologies, tools, techniques, and KPIs to assess project performance and risks.
- Provide regular updates on the progress and delivery of finance projects and transformation initiatives to the Finance leadership team, addressing any issues as necessary.
- **Finance Roadmap and Project Portfolio Contribution:**
- Ensure projects are executed in a cost-effective and sustainable manner, achieving targets established with senior leadership.
- Suggest viable solutions to overcome project-related challenges.
- Identify and escalate issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration within Finance projects.
- **Oversight of Regulatory Projects.**
- **Mentorship and Guidance:** Provide coaching and support to project owners and teams regarding project management and delivery.
- **Strategic Insight:** Comprehend broader Finance management objectives and pinpoint potential new projects or enhancements to existing initiatives.
- **Culture Promotion:** Foster a proactive, innovative, transparent, collaborative, and adaptable project delivery culture.
Required Experience & Competencies
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the insurance/reinsurance sector or consulting firms.
- Extensive background in delivering large-scale projects and project management.
- Strong knowledge in Closing, Reporting, and FP&A; actuarial skills are advantageous.
- Experience in a global, complex insurance environment.
- Adaptable, eager to embrace change, and capable of leading transformation within the team.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Customer-focused, problem-solving, pragmatic, and constructive mindset.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high workload and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proactive communicator with effective influencing, negotiating, and motivational skills.
- Unquestionable integrity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in both French and English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building constructive relationships across the organization.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
