Project Manager - Engineering

Nestlé Purina Petcare Europe is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead project execution and coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets, including relocation and optimization of existing assets and purchase of new assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project brief, project charter, and PMP
  • Manage project execution, including budget management above 20 MCHF
  • Trigger steering committee meetings and manage project communication
  • Develop and evaluate team members, manage and coach project team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in international project environment with PMI certification
  • Experience in capital investment project management in the food industry with success around 15 MCHF
  • Ability to translate engineering knowledge into a fully compliant operation
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Mobility across Europe is mandatory
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
