HR Reporting Intern Opportunity
The HR department within Eiffage Route's Infrastructure branch is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join their team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR reporting and data analysis within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR team to create and maintain comprehensive business documentation.
- Gather and consolidate HR data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in targeted HR studies and analyses, providing insights into workforce trends and demographics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) through dashboards to support effective HR decision-making.
- Provide technical support to end users on the utilization of reporting tools and systems.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient HR processes and procedures.
- Work closely with different HR specialties to optimize HR tools and technologies.
Your Qualifications
- Pursuing a higher education degree in Human Resources Management or Information Technology.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach to work.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
