As a key member of GitHub's Revenue Systems team, we're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Application Product Analyst III to bridge the gap between Salesforce and internal software users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with end-users to understand their business needs and system shortcomings.
- Translate these needs into optimized and scalable Salesforce and CPQ solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, support user acceptance testing, and ensure solutions comply with organizational standards.
- Design scalable solutions using Salesforce and CPQ configurations.
- Ensure solution compliance, support developer testing, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze testing data and communicate results to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and preferably GitHub.
- Strong interpersonal skills with remote communication across all company levels and time zones.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Project management experience (Agile, SCRUM).
- Familiar with JavaScript and JSON.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, CRM Analytics, and Salesforce.
