As part of the Finance Division, specifically within the FP&A Department, we are expanding our team to include a new role.
As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will oversee the Reporting Factory tailored for the finance community. Your responsibilities will include the production, automation, and enhancement of financial reports utilized across the finance sector.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Developing standard templates for use during financial closings and forecasting across all organizational levels (Country, Region, Business Line, Group, etc.).
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data provided through these templates.
- Collaborating with various finance teams to understand their requirements and create & implement new financial reports.
- Modifying existing financial reports to accommodate organizational changes and new business needs.
- Continuously analyzing and enhancing data quality in partnership with Financial Controllers.
- Proactively refining financial reporting through innovative templates and processes.

Candidate Profile:
- A degree in Finance (from a University or Management School) with 2-3 years of experience in financial controlling or FP&A.
- Strong finance and quantitative skills developed in previous roles; prior reporting experience in a listed company is advantageous but not essential.
- A results-driven, motivated individual with a passion for finance and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate an international setting while collaborating with diverse teams (corporate/subsidiary within finance, IT, etc.).
- Experience in implementing change initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience in data visualization tools.
- Fluency in both French and English.
