Compliance Officer Market Surveillance

As a Compliance Officer Market Surveillance, you will be responsible for optimizing the operational framework for market surveillance, including the generation, treatment, escalation, and closure of alerts related to market abuse and regulatory compliance. You will also conduct investigations and reviews of alerts related to market integrity, in collaboration with the surveillance and compliance teams.

• Pilot the optimization of the operational framework for market surveillance, including the generation, treatment, escalation, and closure of alerts related to market abuse and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct investigations and reviews of alerts related to market integrity, in collaboration with the surveillance and compliance teams.
• Lead the development and training of analysts in market surveillance, in collaboration with the local management team.
• Maintain up-to-date risk assessments related to market integrity to prioritize surveillance actions and system developments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in compliance and market surveillance, with experience in evaluating alerts, analyzing and managing data, and leading projects. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders globally.
