Position: Quality, Safety, Environment and Radioprotection Manager (H/F)
Location: Brignais (69) or Sars-et-Rosières
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate as a member of the Executive Committee (CODIR) to drive continuous improvement in performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Assess and ensure the effectiveness of the management system, confirming adherence to customer, regulatory, and normative standards.
- Recommend local procedures to complement the overarching company guidelines as necessary.
- Propose new certifications proactively and possess the authority to halt operations in case of non-compliance.
Core Duties:
- Management of Quality Systems
- Radioprotection Oversight
- Engagement in Business Projects
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality, Safety, and/or Environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the field, particularly within the nuclear sector. Knowledge of metallurgy and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Quality Management System standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 19443, ISO 45000, as well as Safety (MASE, UIC...) and Environmental standards (ISO and CEFRI).
- A readiness to travel frequently and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
