The organization serves children aged 3 to 14 with conditions including autism, schizophrenia, and significant developmental and emotional challenges.
Role Overview:
- Facilitates the foundation's objectives for children with autism and other behavioral issues;
- Evaluates the needs and expectations of patients and their families;
- Oversees patient intake and discharge processes, guiding patients during activities;
- Plans and supervises therapeutic excursions.
The Educator is tasked with the care of a group of young patients:
- Conducts workshops and develops innovative activities;
- Monitors tailored medical and educational initiatives;
- Organizes both group and individual activities;
- Prepares educational documentation and collaborates with families.
Provides personalized assistance for each patient in the group:
- Aids in daily routines, hygiene, and meal times;
- Promotes independence and educates patients;
- Manages crisis situations and coordinates external medical interventions.
Engages collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team:
- Works with other professionals to design educational programs;
- Participates in team discussions;

Qualifications:
A degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
Must possess the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
