Electrical Integrity Specialist for IC Design

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Integrity Specialist to join our team at IC Resources, based in France. This exciting opportunity will involve working with simulation software, developing package design and board design guidelines, performing lab measurements and defining power distributions on PCBs, packages, connectors and probe cards.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality electrical integrity solutions for IC packages and boards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical integrity designs into production processes.
  • Analyze and optimize electrical performance using simulation software such as LTSpice, Hyperlynx, and Simbeor.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in signal integrity engineering, preferably with a focus on IC packaging.
  • Strong knowledge of HDI multi-layer PCBs and their design considerations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex electrical issues and develop effective solutions.
