Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist within the Development Department at Natixis, focusing on private asset management, including sectors such as Energy Transition Infrastructure, Natural Capital, Impact Private Equity, and Solidarity Management. You will collaborate with a diverse team dedicated to marketing, product development, investor relations, and specialized tenders.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the marketing strategy for our private asset offerings and executing related marketing initiatives.
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the evolution of innovative investment solutions within a leading impact investing firm with a global footprint.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying critical growth areas and formulating a semi-annual marketing strategy to enhance the Private Assets platform and facilitate ongoing fundraising efforts;
- Crafting and maintaining the commercial narrative for our products, including competitive positioning and key messaging;
- Developing marketing collateral for clients, such as investment fund presentations, brochures, videos, and interviews;
- Executing and coordinating the visibility strategy, encompassing content creation (articles, interviews, videos, client communications, impact reports) and event management (conferences, trade shows, sponsorships);
- Collaborating with the external communications team to ensure cohesive messaging.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- A higher education degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management roles, particularly in real assets;
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools;
- Proven track record in executing impactful campaigns for a variety of clients, including institutional and private investors;
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, and impact investing principles.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening abilities, and a reputation for effective planning and prioritization. Creativity, attention to detail, writing proficiency, and the ability to engage and coordinate with diverse stakeholders are essential.
Proficiency in English at a C1 level is required.
