Your Opportunity
As a participant in the Future Talent Program, you will embark on a meticulously crafted 16-month development journey. This program includes diverse job rotations that will allow you to delve into various sectors of our global operations. Throughout this experience, you will enhance your expertise and capabilities in a dynamic and practical manner. You will connect with a vibrant international community and benefit from a dedicated mentor who is committed to your professional growth and personal development. Upon completing the rotations, you will possess the foundational knowledge and insights necessary to cultivate a rewarding career aligned with your aspirations within our organization.
Your Mission
Following the 16-month rotation, which will feature several months in Parma (Italy), you will integrate into the engineering team located in Octeville (France). This team is responsible for the design, integration, and enhancement of mechanical and mechatronic subassemblies for blow molding equipment. Your responsibilities will include the design of intricate functional sub-assemblies that incorporate automation, control systems, electronics, mechanics, and IT within a cohesive unit. Specifically, you will:
- Select mechatronic concepts that necessitate expertise across multiple technical domains, such as mechanics, electronics, computing, automation, and image processing.
- Design and size complex functional sub-assemblies.
- Collaborate with the automation and electrical departments to make informed technical decisions that ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Generate, verify, and archive all technical documentation related to functional sub-assemblies.
- Refine designs based on user feedback.
- Investigate operational anomalies and assess potential failure modes.
- Engage in structured design evaluations.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Master's degree or equivalent from an engineering school specializing in electrical systems.
- Less than 2 years of experience post-master's degree.
- Comprehensive knowledge across various fields, including mechanics, electronics, IT, automation, image processing, and control systems.
- Familiarity with electrical and machine standards relevant to the technology applicable in different regions.
- Proficiency in modeling and automation software.
- Fluent in professional English.
- General understanding of several functional modules.
- A strong intellectual curiosity with a passion for emerging technologies and a capacity for acquiring new knowledge.
