Job Overview:

  • Collaborate with the Operational Excellence Director to implement continuous improvement projects and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies to optimize processes and enhance quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain industrial performance indicators to improve processes and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Technical Engineer with a focus on industrial performance and improvement.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of operational experience in production facilities.
  • Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Green Belt certification required, Black Belt certification a plus.
  • Fluency in English for an international environment.

Location and Compensation:

  • Based in Normandy, France.
  • Salary range of 45-55 kEUR annually, negotiable based on experience.
