Position: AIDE SOIGNANT (H/F)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver essential hygiene and comfort services alongside necessary preventive measures.
  • Assess individual needs, track their development, and communicate with the care services coordinator.
  • Engage in activities that help prevent dependency by encouraging participation.
  • Ensure the living space is well-maintained, including bed-making and care equipment upkeep.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, sharing observations to maintain seamless care.
  • Provide information and support to individuals under care.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Possession of the State Diploma of Nursing Assistant (DEAS) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the collective agreement.
  • Open to both experienced individuals and newcomers based on assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-sufficient, organized, possessing strong interpersonal skills, discretion, adaptability, observational abilities, analytical thinking, and a collaborative spirit.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Options for permanent or temporary contracts are available.
