We are currently seeking a Lead Galvanization Supervisor (M/F) in Lisieux for our esteemed client, who is tasked with overseeing the removal of galvanized components.

With a legacy spanning 40 years, our client is a recognized leader in the field of metal treatment and coating.

Reporting directly to the team leader, you will assume key responsibilities related to the removal and inspection of parts processed in the galvanization production line. Your duties will include:

• Leading and supervising teams focused on removal and finishing tasks (4 to 9 team members);
• Coordinating the final stages of the production process;
• Ensuring the efficient operation of removal stations using a forklift;
• Overseeing the quality of retouched parts;
• Managing tools post-processing;
• Providing production metrics and indicators.

The ideal candidate is capable of working collaboratively as well as independently. You are discreet, adaptable, and possess a keen attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.

• Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits;
• Night shifts are required;
• Candidates must hold a CACES 3 certification.
